OREANDA-NEWS. July 02, 2010. The retail turnover (including VAT) of the leader of retail apparel market in Lithuania and the Baltic States Apranga Group has made LTL 26.4 million (EUR 7.6 million) in June 2010, and has decreased 17.7% in comparison to June 2009.

The retail turnover (including VAT) of Apranga Group has made LTL 161.5 million (EUR 46.8 million) in January through June 2010 or 13.9% less than in 2009.  In January through June 2010 the retail turnover of Apranga Group in Lithuania was LTL 105.8 million (EUR 30.6 million), and decreased 17.4% year-on-year.

In 1st half 2010 the retail turnover of Apranga Group in Latvia has made LTL 37.6 million (EUR 10.9 million), and decreased 8.7% year-on-year.  In 1st half 2010 the retail turnover of Apranga Group in Estonia has made LTL 18.1 million (EUR 5.2 million), and decreased 2.0% year-on-year. Currently Apranga Group operates the chain of 116 stores covering an area of 64.7 thousand sq. m. The stores area was reduced by 7.5% during the year.  Shares of Apranga are listed on Baltic equity list on NASDAQ OMX Vilnius Stock Exchange. Majority shareholder of Apranga Group is concern MG Baltic.
