OREANDA-NEWS. July 02, 2010. Irina Yurievna Gordienko was appointed director of Ingosstrakh’s Rostov-on-Don branch. Her main task will be further development of the branch within Ingosstrakh general development concept.

Irina Gordienko was born in March 1955 in Rostov-on-Don. In 1980 she graduated from the Rostov Economy Institute majoring in Labor Economics . In 2003 she attended advanced training courses at the Government Procurement Pilot Center of the Rostov State University, program "Government Procurement Management". In 2009 she attended advanced training courses at the Federal Public Educational Institution for Higher Professional Education North Caucasus Academy of Public Service, program "Public Civil Service in the Russian Federation". In 2005 she was appointed 3rd class active state adviser of the Rostov Region.

In 1981-1988 Irina Gordienko worked as a senior economist and head of the labor utilization control unit of the Rostov Region Executive Committee HR department in Rostov-on-Don. In 1988-1992 she held the following positions: head of the unit and director of the department for the city's social and economic development, deputy president of the city planning committee, acting president of the property management committee, deputy head of the administration of Rostov-on-Don. In 1992 she was appointed head of the social security unit of the financial department of the Rostov-on-Don administration. In 1992-1993 she was the head of the Rostov-on-Don department of the State Tax Inspectorate and the deputy head of the Federal Treasury Management for the Rostov Region. In 1993-1996 she was the head of the extrabudgetary funds unit, deputy head of the State Tax Inspectorate for Rostov-on-Don. In 1996-1997 she was the head of the financial resources department of the Rostov Region administration. From 1997 until 2010 she was the first deputy head of the financial directorate, and then the first deputy minister of finance of the Rostov Region.

Irina Gordienko, commenting her appointment as the director of Ingosstrakh's Rostov-on-Don branch, said that she is grateful to the company’s management for inviting her to manage Ingosstrakh's branch, and she believes that her experience and knowledge will help to accomplish the tasks assigned to the branch by shareholders and by the company’s management to improve the position  of the branch in the region.
