OREANDA-NEWS. July 09, 2010. Results of 1H 2010 indicate that Varyoganneftegaz, a subsidiary of TNK-BP, outstripped its business targets for crude production by approximately 1%. The volume of crude produced totaled 4,565,000 tons. Production in June totaled 758,000 tons which is also higher than the business plan by 2%, reported the press-centre of TNK-BP.

These results are primarily driven by timely execution of high quality well interventions and thoroughly coordinated contractor work.

In July 2010, crude production at Varyoganneftegaz is expected to total 777,000 tons, which is 1.5% higher than the business plan.
