On his new job, Hugh Carroll will lead the company’s operations and its Operations Team. Hugh’s main objective in the new position is to improve the restaurant performance, the quality of service provided to guests, and the employee promotion system across the territories of the company’s presence.
Hugh brings to this position over 20 years of restaurant Operations multi-unit management and Development experience, including multiple domestic and international Operations executive assignments with Carlson Restaurants Worldwide. Hugh has experience in managing restaurant operations from both a corporate and franchisee perspective, having served for seven years as Vice President of Operations for 76th Avenue Associates LLC, a franchisee of the TGI Fridays restaurant brand. Over the last two years Hugh held the position of Vice President and General Manager for Greater China for Carlson Restaurants Worldwide, where he has achieved significant results in driving profitability and guest satisfaction.
