OREANDA-NEWS. July 20, 2010. In June Irkutsk region once again became the leading region in the volume of shipments of consumer-size flour. A company based in this region became the top one among other leading partners. Altay territory occupies the second place this time whereas in May it only took the forth position. Samara region is third. Other top ten leading regions are as follows: Saratov region, Chelyabinsk region, Khabarovsk territory, Bryansk region, Ulyanovsk region, Tver region and Buryatia Republic. Major volume of consumer-size flour was shipped from PAVA’s Rebrikha milling plant located in Altay territory. Achinsk milling plant (Krasnoyarsk territory) took the second place whereas Mikhailovsky milling plant (Altay territory) is only third in the shipment volume of consumer-size flour. According to the company, in June the maximum shipping volume of consumer-size products was realized through “Altay-Batushka” flour in 2 kg bags. 10kg bags of flour correspond to a little under quarter of the whole shipping volume whereas flour packed in 5 kg bags continues to be in stable demand.
