OREANDA-NEWS. July 20, 2010. From July 14th 2010 Kyivstar updates "Call Me Back" and "Call Me Back in Roaming" services, and gives its clients more opportunities to be in touch.

From now "Call Me Back" and "Call Me Back in Roaming" services are combined into a single "Call Me Back" service and are available at a short number 130. Thanks to this service Kyivstar client who does not have anough money on his/her mobile account can send a request to any mobile number of a friend or an acquaintance asking to call him back.

Earlier, Kyivstar clients were able to send only 5 messages in 24 hours with the request to call back. Now the number of requests per day is extended to 20. The first 5 of them are free of charge. Each next request is charged 0.10 UAH. To make charged requests prepaid clients need to have minimum 0.10 UAH on their balance.

"Call Me Back" service in Ukraine and in roaming is very easy to use. You just need to send a request as follows: *130*38(operator network code)(number of recipient)# and press "Call" button. The subscriber will receive the SMS with a request to call back. At the same time the client sending the request will receive SMS notifying that the request has been successfully delivered.

Kyivstar subscriber who received an SMS with request to call back needs to dial a code 019 before the number of a subscriber who is in roaming. Thus the call will be charged from the person calling and will not be charged from the subscriber in roaming.

A minute of talk for the subscriber calling back will be charged 15 UAH. For contracted Kyivstar clients the connection fee is established according to their tariff. There is no connection fee for prepaid clients.

All the tariffs are set in UAH including VAT. There is an additional pension fund charge — 7.5% of the service cost.

Kyivstar took care that its clients both in Ukraine and abroad could be in touch with their friends and relatives even when they do not have anough money on their mobile account.
