OREANDA-NEWS. July 21, 2010. Under Article 28 of No.135-FZ Federal Law "On Protection of Competition" of 26th July 2006), FAS Russia received the petition of "Dialog" Ltd. on acquiring 34.99% voting shares of "Cristall" Moscow Distillery" OJSC, with means that together with already obtained voting shares of "Cristall" Moscow Distillery" OJSC, Dialog" Ltd. would possess 54,67% of voting shares of "Cristall" Moscow Distillery" OJSC , and in total with voting shares of "Cristall" Moscow Distillery" OJSC possessed by "Comed" Ltd. (15.66%) and "PLF-Systems" Ltd. (15.66%), that are members of the same group of persons with "Dialog" Ltd., the group would control 85.99% voting shares of "Cristall" Moscow Distillery" OJSC (Registration No. 28416 of 24th June 2010), reported the press-centre of FAS Russia.

FAS Russia has established that information supplied with the petition is not sufficient to make a decision on the petition.

Governed by Article 33 of No.135-FZ Federal Law "On Protection of Competition" of 26th July 2006, FAS Russia has extended the period for reviewing the petition for two months to further examine the petition and to be able to obtain additional information necessary to make a decision on the petition.

FAS Russia invites all interested persons to submit to the antimonopoly authority information regarding impact of the transaction upon the state of competition.
