OREANDA-NEWS. July 26, 2010. Olesia Teploukhova, Deputy Chairman of the Board of RBD took part in the XV North-Western Banking Conference that was held in St.Petersburg where she made a report “New SME Lending Products Offered by RBD” at the panel discussion “SME Lending Today”, reported the press-centre of RBD.

O. Teploukhova fixed on the progress of implementation of the SME Lending Support Program and the Bank’s new products. As of today the RBD’s partners in St.Petersburg are 18 banks and a number of leading SME infrastructure support entities. The regional limit set for St.Petersburg banks reached RUR 1.352 billion and is was distributed in full. O. Teploukhova detailed on the challenges of the Program and interaction with the government authorities.

The objective of coordination with regional governments is establishing favorable business environment for SME development and implementation of joint projects. Thus the Bank closely cooperates with the First City Business-Incubator. The presentation was followed by an exchange of opinions. The panel discussion was attended by representatives from OPORA ROSSII, the Association of Russian Banks, Promsvyazbank, St.Petersburg Fund for SME Support, entrepreneurs - SMEs.

The conference was organized by St. Petersburg Department of the Central Bank of Russia, Association of Russian Banks, Association of North-Western Banks, Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of St. Petersburg, and Promsvyazbank. The conference was attended by the banks of Russia, CIS and Baltic States as well as foreign colleagues.
