OREANDA-NEWS. July 29, 2010. The Head of the Office of the Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS Russia) in Moscow Vladimir Yefimov and the Head of the Office of the Federal Migration Service (FMS Russia) in Moscow Fyodor Karpovets signed a Protocol for exchanging information through the automated system for population registration, reported the press-centre of FAS Russia.

The subject of the Protocol is organization of exchange of data regarding citizens of the Russian Federation available through the system for population registration, in order to promptly impose administrative charges upon the persons that violated antimonopoly and advertising legislation as well as the law on state procurement.

"Our Office receives numerous complaints and petitions, considering which the staff of the antimonopoly bodies must meet tight deadlines," explained Vladimir Yefimov. "I am convinced that this agreement will considerable accelerate the process of obtaining the necessary data to be able to process cases, and, as a consequence, the problems of citizens will be resolved even faster and the violators will be made liable without delay".
