OREANDA-NEWS. July 29, 2010. AMT BANK specialists of the Retail Business Division held the first free seminar for professional participants of the real estate market called “Mortgage agent programmes for realtors. How to earn more and make the customer feel good”, reported the press-centre of AMT BANK.

The aim of the meeting is to invite realtors to cooperation by telling them about agent schemes for selling mortgage loans and other bank products. Thanks to the agent schemes realtors may get a significant remuneration from the Bank for each mortgage deal or a sold box (the so called safe deposit box with special conditions of access).

- When working with our Bank, realtors get up to 30 ths rubles for every customer, who, at their recommendation, comes to the Bank, has its mortgage application approved and buys an apartment on credit. These are very attractive terms and conditions, which few banks may offer – says Olga Semichastnova, Head of the Refinancing Sector of the Retail Business Division at AMT BANK. – Itis natural that this generates a certain interest of professionals. That is why we made up our mind to arrange a bilateral meeting and answer all of the questions of interest. In addition to realtors, representatives of an insurance and an evaluating company, which work with our Bank on the regular basis, took part in the seminar.

The retail business division plans to hold such seminars every month thus expanding the agent network and inviting to cooperation not only representatives of real estate agencies, but also private brokers, which are equally interested in cooperation with the Bank and have their own customer base.
