OREANDA-NEWS. August 02, 2010. Beltelecom makes new proposals for Internet operators and corporate clients. Cost of a dedicated line for corporate clients is reduced by 50%. In February 2010, the cost of a dedicated line for legal entities was also reduced by a factor of two. Such steps have been taken to improve access of public and private companies to Internet resources and to promote the effective use of Internet technologies in doing business, reported the press-centre of Beltelecom.

There will be cost reduction for Internet operators too: the cost for the provision of a guaranteed bandwidth is reduced by 50%. This step, as well as the fact that peering services have become more accessible for Internet operators of regional and district centers from 1 June, enable private Internet operators to play a much more proactive role in regional markets.

Beltelecom takes into account the interests of business and government, and by its actions it stresses the importance of working out qualitative and best price offers of broadband Internet access in today's market of information and communication technologies.
