OREANDA-NEWS. August 06, 2010. Sviaz-Bank and RIC-Finance LLC acted as managing underwriters of the offering of three-year Series 02 bonds issued by Sakhatransneftegaz OJSC to raise 2.5 billion rubles, reported the press-centre of Sviaz-Bank.

The bonds were offered for sale on the MICEX Stock Exchange by public subscription. At the end of the auction held to float the bonds, the bond issue was sold out completely. Coupon interest rates on Series 02 bonds issued by Sakhatransneftegaz OJSC were fixed at 12.2% per annum.

In all, over 40 bids totaling 3,188,630,000 rubles were filed in the auction to fix the coupon interest rate. No bid for the coupon interest rate was in excess of 12.5% per annum. A total of 35 bids were accepted and honored.

The underwriters that made up the syndicate included the CB Russian People’s Bank CJSC and Pervobank OJSC, with Metcombank OJSC, Commercial Gazbank CJSC, Solid IFC CJSC, Ural FH Commercial Bank OJSC, Accept Commercial Bank OJSC, Novicombank Commercial Bank CJSC, Russ-Invest IC OJSC, and Rus-Bank OJSC acting as co-underwriters

The funds received from the sale of the bond issue will be used to develop the Otradninskoye deposit and repay the company’s short-term money obligations.

The Series 02 bond issue offered by Sakhatransneftegaz OJSC was registered by the Federal Financial Markets Service under registration number 4-02-65075-D on July 6, 2010.
