OREANDA-NEWS. August 12, 2010. Approximately in two months a new heating season will begin. Preparation for it is already in full swing. An additional source of trouble for energy sector workers is connection of the Zheleznogorsk City consumers to heat supply from Krasnoyarsk CHP-4 located in the City of Sosnovoborsk which has been planned for the coming heating season.

Additionally, a serial commissioning of technological equipment of Zheleznogorsk CHP (under construction) is to take place in the nearest future. Note: Construction of the plant is carried out by JSC NIKIMT-Atomstroy, an enterprise of Rosatom State Corporation. According to completion of construction activities the CHP facilities will be handed over for operation by JSC “Yenisei TGC (TGC-13)” represented by its branch Krasnoyarsk CHP-4.

All this requires not only additional technical and organizational efforts on the part of Krasnoyarsk CHP-4 but also increase of its personnel. The list of vacancies has been currently finalized and the Krasnoyarsk CHP-4 HR Department specialists proceed with recruitment of workers.

On July 20 Director of Krasnoyarsk CHP-4 Viktor Kokh had a meeting with graduates of the Polytechnic Institute under Siberian Federal University. The CHP CEO spoke on prospects of thermal power engineering development prospects and current vacancies. An awareness excursion about the CHP boiler department was organized for graduates of the Thermal Power Engineering Faculty; the young people communicated to the plant operational personnel and could immediately evaluate conditions of labour. Additionally, the future power industry specialists visited the construction site of the Zheleznogorsk unit where they familiarized themselves with basic and auxiliary equipment.

In 2010 85 persons will fill in the vacancies available with Krasnoyarsk CHP-4. Not only graduates of universities, technical colleges and technical vocational school have a chance for employment with Krasnoyarsk CHP-4 and Zheleznogorsk CHP (currently under construction). The enterprise is ready to recruit workers and qualified technical specialists willing to master new technologies and improve their competencies.
