OREANDA-NEWS. August 13, 2010. AMT BANK held a regular seminar for professional market participants as to How to Earn More and Make Customer Feel Good. The seminar was attended by representatives of real estate agents and private brokers, reported the press-centre of AMT BANK.

- The seminar went just very positively and everybody wanted to stay as long as possible! It was very interesting to meet with true “fighters” of the real estate market and answer their tricky questions. We see great potential in mutually beneficial cooperation with realtors. Therefore we are turning the free seminars for realtors into a good tradition – says Alexey Lyubatinsky, Head of the Information and Service Support Centre of AMT BANK.

The aim of the event is to invite realtors to cooperation by telling them about agent schemes of selling mortgage loans and other bank products. Thanks to the agent schemes realtors can receive a significant remuneration from the Bank for each mortgage deal (0.7% of the deal amount) and a sold safe deposit box (the so called safe deposit box with special conditions for access). Following the results of the meeting, realtors signed agent agreements with the Bank.
