OREANDA-NEWS. August 16, 2010. State support for Belarusian companies amounted to 932.1 billion Belarusian rubles (Br) in January-June 2010, up 5.6 times on the year, according to the website of the Finance Ministry.

Budget loans and credits amounted to 489.2 billion rubles, up 7 times on the year, partial payment of interests on bank loans from the state budget to 61.8 billion rubles, up 90%, respites to make payments to the state budget and Social Security Fund reached 261.7 billion rubles, up 9.2 times, and tax credits were at 14.6 billion rubles, up from less than 100 million rubles.

Furthermore, the Finance Ministry met its obligations under the government guarantees for bank loans totaling 71.6 billion rubles, up 13 times.

Agricultural producers received 77.9 billion rubles in support, up 15.2 times, or them 60.7 billion rubles of government guarantees under loan agreements.

Enterprises with Bellesbumprom received 62.7 billion rubles in state support in the period, up 120%.

Organizations with the Ministry of Architecture and Construction received 33.1 billion rubles in support (no comparison is provided).

Industry Ministry enterprises received 27.7 billion rubles of state support, down 13% on the year.

Bellegprom enterprises received 15.5 billion rubles in state support, down 39.5%.

Organizations subordinate to local authorities received 625.3 billion rubles of support, which compares to only 12.8 billion rubles in the same period of 2009. Most of the state support was formed by budget loans, amounting to 380 billion rubles. Respite of payments to the budget and social Security Fund amounted to 221.9 billion rubles.

Other corporate entities received 89.8 billion rubles of state support.
