OREANDA-NEWS. August 17, 2010. Ruxandra Stoian has been named a Partner with PricewaterhouseCoopers Russia. She will be engaged in providing consulting services to clients in the area of Human Resources Management, reported the press-centre of PricewaterhouseCoopers.  

Ruxandra Stoian was born in 1968 in Bucharest, Romania. She graduated from the University of Medicine and Pharmacy (Bucharest) in 1993 with a degree as a Doctor of Medicine. In 1996 Ruxandra received a diploma in Health Care Management from the Institute of Hygiene, Public Health and Health Care Systems.

In 1993-1994, Ruxandra worked as a doctor in Bucharest’s Dr. Cantacuzino Clinical Hospital, and then for three years as a consultant in the Institute of Health Care Systems. She joined PricewaterhouseCoopers in 1997 in Bucharest (from 1997 to 2001 the firm was known as both Coopers & Lybrand and PricewaterhouseCoopers), starting her career with the firm as an employee in the personnel training department. In 2009 she was named a Partner in the HR Management consulting practice.

In 1998 Ruxandra earned a certificate in personnel training from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (UK). In 2009 she received a certificate as a Global Remuneration Professional from the WorldatWork Association (US).
