OREANDA-NEWS. August 17, 2010.  From January-July 2010, Freight One’s haulage increased by 33.5% over the same period of 2009 to 166.8 million metric tons.

This includes 54.7 mmt of coal (+34.6%), 43.8 mmt of oil and petroleum products (+19.0%), 14.1 mmt of ore (+25.5%), 10.6 mmt of ferrous metals (+137.7%), 5.2 mmt of timber (+27.5%), 8.5 mmt of building materials (-6.8%), 3.7 mmt of chemical and mineral fertilizers (+34.3%), 8.5 mmt of cement (+37.6%) and 17.7 mmt of other freight.

The company’s share in the freight haulage of the Russian railways network was 21.8% (+3.5 PP from the same period of last year).

In July 2010, Freight One’s haulage volumes increased by 4.3% over June.
