OREANDA-NEWS. August 19, 2010. The Belarusian brewery OAO Krinitsa is in negotiations with Moscow Brewing Company about the possibility of using its manufacturing capacities for contract manufacturing, a Belarusian government official told.

If the negotiations are a success, the two companies may sign an agreement to start licensed beer production in Belarus as early as 2010, said the source.

Moscow Brewing Company started selling its products in Russia in September 2008. The company comprises a brewery in Russia (the initial output capacity – 2.4 million decaliters of beer per annum, gradual increase up to 6 million decaliters of beer per annum), a distribution center and a logistics center. Partners of the project are Sberbank of Russia and the investment fund Detroit Investments. The total volume of investments exceeds USD 200 million.
