OREANDA-NEWS. August 25, 2010. JSC "Polymetal" (LSE, MICEX, RTS: PMTL) ("Polymetal" or the "Company") announces that it has entered into a revolving credit facility agreement with the total limit of USD100 million (the "Agreement") with NOMOS-BANK, reported the press-centre of Polymetal.

According to the Agreement, the Company will be able to draw down funds in US dollars, Euro, and Russian roubles to finance operations of its subsidiaries. The amount, interest rate and duration of each tranche will be determined at the moment of its draw-down. The maturity of each tranche should be not later than November 30, 2012.
