OREANDA-NEWS. August 27, 2010. Belarus’ beer output increased 9.5% on the year in January-July 2010 to 22.3 million decaliters, the National Statistics Committee told.

In value terms, beer output totaled 477.9 billion Belarusian rubles (Br), up 2.6%.

In July, beer output rose 17.6% on the year to 4.4 million decaliters. In value terms, beer production increased 21.1% to 98 billion rubles.

Beer inventories were at 1.2 million decaliters as of August 1, 2010, 36.4% of the average monthly output, worth 42.4 billion rubles, 63.5% of the average monthly output.

Beer sales increased 21.2% on the year in January-July to 19.105 million decaliters.
