OREANDA-NEWS. August 31, 2010.  Representative delegation of Japanese businessmen visited Nakhodka. Foreign guests were welcomed by the first deputy Head of Nakhodka city district Boris GLADKIH at the City Hall.

Delegation included over thirty businessmen representing the largest corporations of the neighboring country. It was headed by deputy chairman of Osaka Management Association, deputy chairman of Kyoto University East Asia Center Corporation Society Mr. OMORI Tsunenori. Among members of this representative delegation were top-managers of such large companies as "Sumitomo", "Daiwa", "Panasonic" and "Chori", professors of the oldest universities of the Rising Sun Country.

In the course of negotiations Boris GLADKIH told foreign guests about social and economic development of Nakhodka and the latest trends in port and logistic business. Japanese delegates showed great interest in work of the specialized oil-loading sea port Kozmino and possibility of delivery of freights from Kozmino to Japan and other countries of the Asian-Pacific Region.

After the meeting ended, Japanese delegates went to Kozmino, where they saw the specialized oil-loading sea port.
