As the NAU rector Nikolai Kulik declared, speaking at the celebrations on the occasion of the Freshman Day, back in 2007 being the Vice Prime Minister Andriy Klyuyev headed a working group to create a program of aviation education and science. Unfortunately, Nikolai Kulik said, then the change of Government led to that the accents were sharply permutated, but now we return to implementation of this program.

Speaking to freshmen, the Senior Vice Prime Minister Andriy Klyuev wished them to graduate from the university with honours. "We are very interested in this because Ukraine needs intelligent, educated, civilized young people. Only by timely mobilization of all resources, we managed to minimize the effects of fires. Moreover, drones can be used for monitoring oil and gas pipelines, as well as by border control service for the state border control.
