On Thursday, Sep 2, Ukrainian stock market was volatile. Ultimately the UX index remained flat decreasing by a mere 0.05%, or 1.06 ppt, to 1994.13 ppt. Total equity turnover was UAH 69.5mn. Among sectors steel makers, miners and banks closed in the black, while all other sectors were in the red. CEEN and AVDK were in demand posting UAH 11.4mn and UAH 10.9mn with the latter having dropped by 0.69%. USCB outperformed the market adding 1.49% on UAH 8.3mn. SGOK and PGOK gained 1.0% and 0.57% respectively. On the foreign exchanges the top gainers included Regal and Astarta going up 3.6% and 3.3% while Ferrexpo added 1.1% on the highest turnover of USD  4.5mn. Landkom showed the weakest dynamics for the second consequent day dropping by 1.8% on USD  0.3mn.
