OREANDA-NEWS. September 06, 2010. FAS Russia will consider a case on collusion between “FORTEX – Water Technologies” JLLC (the Republic of Belarus) and its dealers in Russia for selling stock cleaning equipment in the Russian Federation, reported the press-centre of FAS Russia.

On 9th August 2010, the Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS Russia) initiated cases against “FORTEX – Water Technologies” JLLC (the Republic of Belarus) for the signs of violating Part 3 Article 11 of No.135-FZ Federal Law “On Protection of Competition” (prohibiting coordination of activities of economic entities) and its dealers: “Tekhnika i Tekhnologia” CJSC (Moscow), “Ecostroi” Ltd. (Yaroslavl), “VodGeo” Ltd. (Stavorpol), “Mekhanic-Vodnie Technologii” Ltd. (St Petersburg), InzhStroi” Ltd. (the Moscow region), “Innovatsionnie Technologii” Ltd. (Lyubertsy), “Chisty Stok Ltd. (Krasnodar) and “YUKKA-Engineering” Ltd. (St Petersburg) for the signs of violating Clause 1 Part 1 Article 11 of No.135-FZ Federal Law “On Protection of Competition” (prohibiting competition-restricting agreements and concerted actions).

The antimonopoly authority investigated activities of “FORTEX – Water Technologies” JLLC following a petition of “Chisty Gorod” Ltd. (of Krasnodar) with information about the company violating the antimonopoly law of the Russian Federation.
