OREANDA-NEWS. September 06, 2010. Halyk Savings Bank of Kazakhstan (Almaty, hereinafter - the bank), securities of which are listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), provided to KASE the copy of registered amendments to the bank shares issue prospectus and the certificate of securities government registration of August 25, 2010, replacing the previous one, reported the press-centre of KASE.

According to documents:

- the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Regulation and Supervision of Financial Market and Financial Organizations (FSA) registered amendments to shares issue prospectus;

- the certificate was replaced due to the bank legal address change;

- the total number of authorized shares is 3,080,225,222 units, including 2,400,000,000 - common shares KZ1C33870011, 600,000,000 – preferred shares KZ1P33870117 and 80,225,222 - preferred shares convertible into common shares, KZ1P33870216;

- the bank shares issue was included to the State Securities Register under number А3387;

- as of December 4, 2009 were offered 1,308,415,960 common shares, 309,859,430 preferred shares and 80,225,222 preferred shares, convertible into common shares and its authorized capital  was formed in the size of KZT147,358,077,000.
