OREANDA-NEWS. September 08, 2010. Ludmila Khlebnikova has been appointed manager of Sviaz-Bank’s Tyumen branch, reported the press-centre of Sviaz-Bank.

Ms. Khlebnikova was born in Lipetsk Region in 1958. In 1978, she graduated from the U.S.S.R. Correspondence Institute of Finance and Economics in finance and credit.

Ms. Khlebnikova has been in the banking business for over 28 years. She started her banking career in 1977 as a loan inspector at Gosbank’s Leninsky division in Yelets, Lipetsk Region. Between July 1981 and April 1984, she was employed as an economist in several regional units of Gosbank, and in 1984, she was made manager of Gosbank’s Nydinsky division in Tyumen Region.

Between 1991 and 1996, Ms.Khlebnikova held top executive positions at the Nydinsky branch of Zapsibcombank.

In December 1997, she was made economist and then senior economist of the Resources Management Division, and in 1998, she was promoted to chief specialist of the Resources Department of Sviaz-Bank’s Lipetsk branch.

Between August 1998 and March 2000, she was head of the Zavodoukovsky branch of the West Siberian Commercial Bank (OJSC). In April 2000 to March 2004, she was deputy manager, and then manager of the Nefteyugansk branch of Surgutneftegazbank CJSC. In February 2004 to April 2008, she was counsel to the president, director of the branch of Khanty-Mansi Bank OJSC in the town of Raduzhny, and director of the branch of Khanty-Mansi Bank OJSC in Surgut.
