OREANDA-NEWS. September 08, 2010. Sviaz-Bank acted as one of the managing underwriters of seven-year Series 01 bonds issued by Territorial Generating Company 6 (OJSC) to raise a total of 5 billion rubles. The bonds were sold on the MICEX Stock Exchange, reported the press-centre of Sviaz-Bank.

The bonds were offered by public subscription. Book building results produced an interest rate of 8.3% per annum on the first coupon of the company’s first-ever issue bonds. The bonds will have a yield of 8.47% per annum to a three-year option. A single security has a par value of 1,000 rubles and a coupon period of six months.

More than 40 bids were made by investors during the auction, with the coupon interest rate ranging from 7% to 8.8% per annum.

Alfa-Bank OJSC, Sberbank of Russia (OJSC), and TKB Capital (CJSC) were the other managing underwriters acting together with Sviaz-Bank. AKB Soyuz (OJSC) and Promsviazbank OJSC were the underwriters of the issue.
