OREANDA-NEWS. September 8, 2010. Ural Airlines is launching a special action for flights to Prague, Rome, Dubai and Tel Aviv.  Only for those who buy air tickets from 1 September until 30 September 2010, the airline charges for these flights are half the standard amount.  Under the terms of the action, the departure may take place during the periods either from 15 November until 20 December 2010 or from 20 January until 28 February 2011.
