Its main task will be to improve customer service by promptly responding to their requests and preferences. Also the office will be responsible for business development in the industrial segment in Germany and other European countries, company said in a statement received by Lesprom Network.

"The German market is one of the most important for our company. We are one step closer to our customers and are confident that our joint work becomes more effective," said Andrey Kashubskiy, General Director of SVEZA-Les.

SVEZA is the leading producer of birch plywood and particleboard in Russia and the largest player in the global market of birch plywood. SVEZA comprises five Russian mills, which employ about 6,000 people.
