OREANDA-NEWS. September 13, 2010. ОJSC MMC Norilsk Nickel ("Norilsk Nickel" or "the Company") announces the receipt of the official letter from the General Prosecutor Office of the Russian Federation informing on the completed review of law abidingness in the course of Norilsk Nickel AGM held on 28.06.2010, reported the press-centre of Norilsk Nickel.

According to the Company’s lawyers, the letter addressed to the General Director does not contain any points of criticism regarding the procedures at this year’s General Meeting. It is also noted that the President of the Russian Federation was duly informed on the results of this review.
