OREANDA-NEWS. September 14, 2010. According to preliminary data, the total amount of direct insurance premiums collected by Ingosstrakh branches controlled by the Chernozemye regional center during the first half of 2010 was 423.8 mln rubles, 3.9% more if compared to the same period of 2009.

Insurance premiums for voluntary insurance other than life insurance amounted to 327.5 mln rubles (1.4% increase), including 28.1 mln rubles for personal insurance (increase by 38.3%). Premiums for compulsory motor third-party liability insurance (CMPTL) were 96.4 mln rubles (increase by 13.4%).

Indemnity paid by Ingosstrakh in the Chernozem Region for direct insurance during the first 6 months of 2010 amounted to 272.2 mln rubles, including 14.6 mln rubles for personal insurance, 186.2 mln rubles for property insurance and 0.9 mln rubles for voluntary liability insurance. Indemnity for CMPTL insurance were 70.5 mln rubles.

During the first half of the year, the most dynamic segments in Ingosstrakh branches under auspices of the Chernozemye regional center were personal insurance and CMTPL insurance.

The highest premiums were collected by the Voronezh Region branch of Ingosstrakh: 166.7 mln rubles; premiums collected by the Belgorod Region branch amounted to 69.5 mln rubles. Indemnity paid by these branches was 109.2 mln rubles and 39.6 mln rubles respectively.
