The volume of accumulated premiums on the traditional insurance made up KZT919,047,088 th. or by 14 % more if compared with the same 2009 period. The growth was indicated on mandatory and voluntary insurance types, reported the press-centre of KASE.

The insurance market of Kazakhstan demonstrates the positive dynamics by 2010 seven months results. During this period insurance companies collected over KZT94 bn or by 11% more if compared with the same 2009 period. In total across the insurance market were collected: voluntary property insurance - KZT54,306,513 th. (negative growth - 3% if compared with the same 2009 period), voluntary personal insurance (excluding life insurance) - KZT10,817,687 th. (growth 38%), mandatory insurance - KZT20,659,878 th. (growth 22%).

In particular on mandatory insurance is observed a significant growth of premiums on mandatory automobile transport insurance by 27%. This insurance stake in mandatory insurance makes up about 60% (KZT12,466.8 m).
