OREANDA-NEWS. September 17, 2010. In July and August 2010 TMM Company's sales volume (factual cash proceeds from sales of properties) increased 1.7x and 1.9x respectively compared to the average monthly volume of the first half of 2010. The sales volume in Kyiv and Kharkiv projects amounted to UAH 32.8 million in July 2010 and UAH 37.6 million in August 2010.

In square meter terms, real estate sales in TMM's projects under construction made up 59% of the total sales volume in July-August 2010, which is 2x higher than in 2009. Among five TMM's projects under construction Sonyachna Brama residential complex (Kyiv), the first stage of which is scheduled for completion in 4Q10 and financed by special-purpose loan from OJSC Oschadbank, showed the highest growth of sales volume.

The sales growth in July and August 2010 and increase of the volume of pre-sales were supported by the stable pace of construction of the current projects in Kyiv and Kharkiv as well as the company's marketing activities.

The proceeds from sales will be directed to the construction of TMM's current residential projects in Kyiv and Kharkiv.
