OREANDA-NEWS. September 17, 2010. Ernst & Young, a global assurance and advisory firm, announced a new leader’s appointment in Russia. Alexander Ivlev, Ernst & Young partner, and CIS Accounts and Industries Leader, has become Country Managing Partner for Russia. In his new role, Alexander will focus on the development and growth of Ernst & Young's business in Russia and coordinate the further expansion of its offices.

Alexander Ivlev has over 15 years of experience in business development, client relations and provision of high-quality services to clients. In 2007 he was named a Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum, and in 2008 he was included in the Russian President’s Top 100 Managerial Pool. In 2003, Ivlev received an MBA from the University of Chicago School of Business.

In addition to his other responsibilities, Alexander Ivlev coordinates cooperation with foreign investors under the Foreign Investment Advisory Council in Russia, and the Entrepreneur of the Year (EOY) program in the CIS. This program promotes entrepreneurship around the world by recognizing the achievements and contributions of outstanding entrepreneurs.
