OREANDA-NEWS. September 20, 2010. Tatiana Nikulshina, one of Russia’s top strategic communications executives, is rejoining The PBN Company as Senior Vice President and Managing Director. She will lead The PBN Company’s Moscow office, the firm’s largest with a full-time staff of 35 professionals, and act as strategic advisor to its international and Russian clients.

Nikulshina was also appointed to The PBN Company’s corporate Executive Committee. Headquartered in Washington DC with owned offices in Kyiv, Almaty and Moscow, PBN is an equity brand in WPP Group, the world’s largest marketing and communications company.

Nikulshina, 37, is a pioneer in the development of Russia’s marketing, financial, corporate and crisis communications industry since 1993. CEO’s from organizations as diverse as Basic Element, TNK-BP, Russian Federal Service on Financial Markets, Baltika, Barclays, Dunkin’ Donuts and McDonald’s have relied on Nikulshina’s strategic counsel, crisis experience and personal media and public speaking coaching.

This is a return engagement for Nikulshina. She served in senior positions at The PBN Company from 1998-2006, including Vice President for Client Services. Over the past four years she created and directed Pleon, BBDO Group’s successful PR agency in Russia. Earlier she managed public relations for Xerox in Russia and financial and corporate communications for Grant and then Creditanstalt-Grant Investment Company.

Two other top PBN executives also recently rejoined the firm after serving in senior public affairs and communications roles with major Russian and international organizations. Alexander Kravtsov rejoined the company from Basic Element in 2009. Senior government relations specialist Alexey Brevnov returned to PBN in March 2010 as Director of the firm’s healthcare practice following several years with GlaxoSmithKline and Akrikhin Pharmaceuticals.
