OREANDA-NEWS. September 21, 2010. Ticket sales for flights connecting Kyiv and the capital of the Indian state of Goa – the city of Panaji – are open in UIA offices, ticket agencies and via the UIA website www.flyuia.com, reported the press-centre of UIA.

The new Kyiv (Boryspil Airport) - Goa (Panaji International Airport Dabolim) - Kyiv (Boryspil Airport) flight will be operated starting December 9, 2010, twice a week - on Mondays and Thursdays.

The new Kyiv – Goa UIA flight is the first direct flight from Ukraine to the popular Indian resort region. The flight will be operated by the shortest and most geographically direct route via Abu Dhabi, the capital of UAE. The stopping time in Abu Dhabi is 1 hour 15 minutes. The total time en route is 9 hours and 45 minutes. It is expected that during the stop-over in Abu Dhabi passengers will be able to visit one of the world`s best Duty Free Shop networks.
