OREANDA-NEWS. September 29, 2010. AMT BANK is cutting rates for mortgage programmes “Ruble Mortgage with a Fixed Rate” and “Ruble Mortgage with a Floating Rate”. Rates will be cut 0.75 percentage points. The rate cut will cover the whole line of ruble mortgage loans, reported the press-centre of AMT BANK.

Thus, the range of interest rates of ruble loans for purchasing ready-made housing at a fixed rate will total 12,75 -14,25% per annum; the range of interest rates for ruble mortgage loans at a floating rate will total 11,75 -13,75% per annum.

The Bank continues the action aimed at cutting the fee for granting a loan from 2.5% down to 1.5% of the loan amount. The action will last till September 30, 2010. The maximum amount of the loan for purchase of housing in Moscow and Saint Petersburg totals 18 mln rubles and 12 mln rubles respectively; for purchase of housing in regions - 9 mln rubles. The number of co-borrowers may be up to 4 persons.

The Bank grants loans before registration of rights to real estate, does not require that borrowers have any registration at the place of purchase of real estate, gives loans for purchase of re-planned housing and for purchase of housing for further renting it.
