OREANDA-NEWS. September 30, 2010. For the first time in its history, Ural Airlines is extending the Yekaterinburg -Barcelona flight to the winter season.

In summer it took place twice a week and was an unprecedented success with Ural travellers. The schedule of the second half of the year shows weekly flights to Barcelona on Saturdays.

Actually, it is not the only scheduled service to Europe for the 2010/11 winter: there are flights to Rome, Prague, Munich, Paris and Salzburg.

Besides, we are going to announce an absolutely new destination, never before served by Ural Airlines. To keep up suspense, we will now only say that it is also in Europe.

The development of European services is explained by the interest in that region, and also by the structure of our fleet and by being able to make non-stop flights: Ural Airlines relies on middle-range A320 and A321 Airbuses, and that enables an effective development of tourist destinations up to 5500 km away.

All destinations of the Ural Airlines winter schedule are at the same time convenient connection points.

For instance, Prague, Rome and Munich airports offer great opportunities of connecting to flights of Ural Airlines' interline partners, of which there are more than fifty already, including  CSA Czech Airlines, Alitalia, Air Berlin, Austrian Airlines, Finnair, Air Malta, Malev, Emirates, Air China, Hainan Airlines, El Al and many others.

A trip with several transfers can be booked directly from Yekaterinburg with just one air ticket. You can do it in any air ticket office.

The existing agreements make it possible for a passenger from Ural to travel all around the world.
