OREANDA-NEWS. October 04, 2010. In Usharal accomplishing of houses construction for the staff of JSC “KazTransOil” was flourished. In this year, jubilee for pipeline transport, the 75th anniversary, new comfortable apartments have become a desirable and long expected present for the families of Usharal staff.

The pleasant mission to congratulate newly moved-ins was held by Deputy General Director of JSC “KazTransOil” Talgat Taubaldiyev and Director of Eastern branch of the Company Talgat Lukpanov who came in Usharal Oil Pipeline Board (UOPB). As Talgat Satybayevich noted in congratulatory speech the construction of housing for the employees of production divisions of JSC “KazTransOil” is one of the points of realization of social program of the Company, aimed at support and intake of professional specialists.

– Our Company has always been famous for massive support and social security of its employees – said Talgat Taubaldiyev. – One of the outstanding examples to this is Usharal Oil Pipeline Board. When establishing in 2006 UOPB, JSC “KazTransOil” built at own means permanent accommodation and offices with independent infrastructure, residence hall for management office and linear personnel. And today we are glad to present to the families of our employees the keys to new comfortable apartments.

It should be noted that during UOPB establishment period there was not a single oil and gas industry specialist in this region. Core of UOPB staff is represented by experienced and skilled workers of the Western and Eastern branches of the company, many of whom have moved to a new job with their families. In order to provide housing for workers of UOPB and prevent residing in Usharal trained and skilled personnel turnover, it was decided to build comfortable houses in Usharal, Alakol district of Almaty oblast in October 2006. As a result, three-stored houses of modern construction and facing materials, with good infrastructure and communication network, a landscaped area were built.

Today in UOPB 259 people work, including 42 family workers that became happy owners of the keys to the new, spacious apartments. Employees with big experience, as well as large families received priority in housing obtaining.
