OREANDA-NEWS. October 05, 2010. AMT BANK started offering a new mortgage programme to its private customers – a loan for purchasing an apartment in a newly constructed building. The programme is valid in all regions of the Bank’s presence, reported the press-centre of AMT BANK.

The Newly Built Apartment programme allows to get a loan for the term of from 7 till 25 years. The maximum amount of the loan, depending on the region of granting, totals from RUB 3 up to 18 mln and from USD 100 up to 600 ths. The minimum initial installment for purchasing an apartment is 20% of the apartment value. The minimum initial installment for purchasing an apartment for further renting it out is 50% of the apartment value. The pledge, in the process of obtaining a loan, is the real estate the borrower already has. The borrower may replace the initial subject of pledge with the apartment purchased on loan after he/she gets the title documents.

The loan may be obtained in rubles and US dollars. The range of interest rates prior to registration of the title to the apartment being purchased is 14.75–16.25% in rubles and 11-12.5% per annum is US dollars. The range of interest rates after registration of the title to the new apartment is 12.75–14.25% per annum in rubles and 9.00-10.5% per annum in US dollars. The customer can confirm his/her income with the 2-NDFL certificate or in the form of the Bank.

The Newly Built Apartment programme is valid along with the already existing mortgage programmes of the Bank, suggesting lending borrowers for purchasing apartments in the secondary real estate market.
