OREANDA-NEWS. October 12, 2010. The guide was launched in the frame of Belgian project “Development of experience of organizations for Moldavian business support in the field of Acquis Communautaire and transfer of experience and better Dutch practices in the field of innovations, long-term development and internationalization of Moldavian enterprises.”

As it was communicated in the course of the press conference by the coordinators of the project Luc van Looveren, the electronic guide contains the practical information on the main EU regulatory base for the Moldavian companies, interested in collaboration with the EU companies: rules of labeling, packing, export requirements, protection of rights of intellectual property, taxation in EU countries, originating documents, etc.

According to Director of CCI Moldova Competitiveness Development Department Mihai Bilba, the companies from all sectors of economy, willing to export the goods and products to EU, may take part in the project. 60 companies will be selected out of total number of pretenders. The detailed reports, containing the European regulations on products for export, will be elaborated for them. CCI Moldova will be in charge of selection.

Up to now a number of companies from winemaking and agro-industrial sectors were interviewed within this project. Besides, the workshops for entrepreneurs and trainings on elaboration of typical reports for the companies, acting in various sectors, will be organized in the frame of this project. It should be noted that similar electronic guides were issued in Ukraine, Romania, Croatia and Serbia.
