OREANDA-NEWS. October 15, 2010. Eduard Borsov was appointed Manager of Sviaz-Bank’s branch in Kabardino-Balkaria, reported the press-centre of Sviaz-Bank.

Eduard Borsov was born in Chegem district of the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic. In 1993, he graduated from Dagestan State University in jurisprudence and was qualified as a lawyer.

Mr. Borsov has been in the banking business for over 16 years. Between July 1994 and August 2005, he held various positions in the National Bank of the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic of the Central Bank of Russia.

Between August 2005 and July 2010, Eduard Borsov was employed by VTB Bank OJSC, first as head of the internal control group in the bank’s branch in Nalchik. In August 2008, he was appointed deputy director of the Operations Office of the Stavropol branch of VTB Bank OJSC in Nalchik.

Between July 7 and September 2010, Mr. Borsov was head of a regional project launched by Sviaz-Bank’s Network Management and Development Department.

The main business development priorities for the Bank’s branch in Kabardino-Balkaria will, as they have been before, promoting all-around cooperation with the region’s major enterprises, developing retail banking services in the Republic, introducing new banking products within the framework of the basic conception, new technologies, and so on.
