OREANDA-NEWS. October 18, 2010. The Government of the Zabaikalye region informed the Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS Russia) on executing its determination, reported the press-centre of FAS Russia.

On 6th September 2010, FAS Russia found the Government of the Zabaikalye region violated Part 1 Article 15 of the Federal Law “On Protection of Competition”.

The case was initiated upon a complaint of No.107 Clinic (Federal State Health Care Institution) of the Federal Medical-and Biological Agency about the Decree of the Government of the Zabaikalye region “On Approving the Programme for government guarantees for providing free medical care to the citizens of the Russian Federation in the Zabaikalye region in 2010”, according to which No.107 Clinic was not included in the List of medical institutions participating in the Programme.

FAS Russia issued a determination to the Government of the Zabaikalye region to include No.107 Clinic in the Programme for government guarantees for providing free medical care to the citizens of the Russian Federation in the Zabaikalye region in 2010.

The Government of the Zabaikalye region executed the determination of the Antimonopoly Service and included No.107 Clinic in the Programme.
