OREANDA-NEWS. October 20, 2010. JSC Freight One has appointed Alexei Shafranov as head of its department for operations with oil companies.

Alexei Viktorovich Shafranov was born in 1975 in Omsk. He graduated with honours from the Omsk Institute of Global Economics and worked more than 12 years at the Omsk centre for the shipment of petroleum products, a structural unit of JSC Gazprom Neft dispatching products from the Omsk oil refinery by various modes of transport. Since 2008, he has been deputy head of the Logistics and Planning Department at JSC Freight One.
