Plans on privatizing of energy assets. Yesterday the first vice prime-minister Igor Shuvalov announced plans on selling energy assets that belong to the state. According to him, the state is ready to sell 4.11% of FNC’ shares right away, but not cheaper than 50 kopeks per share, yesterday the price formed 36.3 kopeks per share at MICEX. Currently the state owns 79.11% of shares and according to the legislation the share of the state in FNC cannot get less than 75%, but according to Shuvalov, if the company raises capitalization significantly the state might lower its share to the controlling portfolio.

Big Three will lower roaming tariffs. Mobile operators of “big three” will lower the tariffs of Russian and international roaming, announced the head of FAS Igor Artemyev at the meeting with the head of the government Vladimir Putin.
