OREANDA-NEWS. October 21, 2010. JSC SITRONICS (SITRONICS or the “Group”) (LSE: SITR), a leading provider of telecommunications, information technology and microelectronic solutions in Russia and the CIS, with a growing presence in other EEMEA emerging markets, announced that it intends to sell the company's 25.5% share of JSC NIS to JSFC Sistema for total consideration of RUB 242 million. The transaction is expected to close in Q4 2010, subject to the execution of binding documentation and the satisfaction of all conditions precedent, including receipt of the approval of the Russian Federal Antimonopoly Service.

The transaction was approved in accordance with the business strategy of SITRONICS, which does not provide for operator’s businesses.
