OREANDA-NEWS. October 27, 2010. In connection with the re-organization of the call-center of “Unibank” the telephone number of the call-center has changed. Henceforth all incoming calls to the previous number 85-80 will be forwarded to the new number of the call-center – 59 55 55, reported the press-centre of Unibank.

Expansion of the possibilities and functions of the call-center is connected with the considerably increased number of calls and is accordant to the strategy of the Bank on retail business active development. The technical re-equipment of the call-center was conductive to reduce call processing time and ensure service of more complicated inquiries by customers. For example, by calling to the call-center it is possible to fill in an application for a credit card. In near future customers will be offered a range of additional services.  

The personnel of the call-center has passed special training that has considerably increased the efficiency of the work. Calling at 59 55 55 one can get reference information, qualified advice on the Bank’s products and services and leave a complaint or suggestion concerning the Bank’s activity.   

Working days of the call-center of “Unibank” – Monday-Friday, 9:00 – 18:00.
