OREANDA-NEWS. October 28, 2010. Regular working meeting with the management of ALROSA was held by the Company’s President Fyodor Andreev. The agenda included issues relating to the Company’s further development, current financial situation and sales policy, reported the press-centre of ALROSA.

In October 2010 ALROSA expects its sales of rough and polished diamonds to amount to over USD 228 million. The Company’s total rough and polished sales at the year’s end are estimated at USD 3.460 billion.

The Company’s management discussed the drafting of a new three-year collective agreement with Profalmaz, ALROSA employees’ labor union, to be signed in November 2010, and key provisions of the draft agreement on social partnership between ALROSA and eight uluses, i.e., municipal districts, of the Yakut diamond province.

Also the President heard reports on the preliminary economic and financial results of OJSC ALROSA Hotels and the implementation of the plan for development of exploration facilities and mineral resources of OJSC Severalmaz.
