OREANDA-NEWS. October 29, 2010. Increasing customer convenience is one of the most essential aspects in developing the AS “PrivatBank” website and Privat24EU Internet Bank, reported the press-centre of PrivatBank.

For this reason, many improvements were made in 2010, particularly, a forum section was created on the bank’s website, new online communication forms were created, the “My requests” menu was introduced in Privat24EU Internet Bank, the transfers section was enhanced, and other improvements were made.

Having evaluated the upgrades made to the website www.privatbank.lv and Privat24EU Internet Bank, the IT solutions and research company Metasite, which annually conducts a research, comparing the websites of the Baltic commercial banks, ranked the electronic environment of AS “PrivatBank” as the second richest in innovations among the Latvian commercial banks.
