OREANDA-NEWS. November 03, 2010.The DVD training course “Safe Driving” has been presented to each driver of the emergency field brigades of all branches in the company within the framework of the program “Mitigation of trauma risk”.

The company’s expenditure for provision of safe conditions of work in motor transport will equal RUR 713 thousand within the framework of the program “Mitigation of trauma risk” developed by IDGC of North-West for 2009-2010 and approved by the Company’s Board of Directors.

At the initiative of Roman Yakobson, Chief of the Labor Safety Department of the executive body, a special audio and video course “Safe Driving” has been prepared for the drivers of the emergency field brigades. The special program, which was issued as a supplement to the corporate newspaper “Tvoya Bezopasnost – TB #2”, has been recorded on DVD and presented to the drivers of the emergency field brigades in each branch of the company.

The course “Safe Driving” was first used in “Pskovenergo” for the purposes of improvement of drivers’ skills and prevention of road accidents. The training course “Safe Driving” was distributed to all branches of the company with the assistance of the Labor Safety Department of the executive body as one of the most efficient practices in the field of prevention of traumas among drivers and prevention of road accidents.
